Beaches Delight

Design Objectives
We wanted to create a visually appealing low maintenance front yard design incorporating a small courtyard area, steps to the driveway and sidewalk, and a larger area for parking.

Retaining the existing slope, we wanted to maintain this home's unique qualities while at the same time blending the property with neighboring homes.

Solutions
The design was created incorporating a small patio for a bench or settee. The driveway was widened and retained with stone and a pisa wall.

A natural look was provided by using stone for the walk and steps. Both sets of steps open up to the courtyard for a welcoming effect leading you on to the front door.

The slope was retained with natural stone and a pisa wall.

All sod was removed. Low maintenance plant material was carefully chosen and strategically placed to give some vertical elements without blocking any views to the entrance.

The home blends with neighboring properties but maintains its unique charm.
