I guarantee that the installation of materials on your jobsite will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner, according to trade practices in Ontario, and guarantee my work for a period of one year following date of completion.

Legal Stuff

• If it becomes necessary for Hogan Landscaping to enforce any or all of the terms and conditions relating to this agreement for recovery of monies owing, the property owner (buyer) or 'Agent Representative' whose signature is affixed hereon agrees further to pay reasonable collection costs and/or lawyers fees.
• All agreements are subject to accidents, acts of God, fires, the availability of materials, strikes and such other contingencies as are deemed beyond Hogan Landscaping’s control.
• This contract shall only become binding on Hogan Landscaping following acceptance by the owner or on commencement of work.
• This contract comprises the entire agreement existing between Hogan Landscaping and the property owner (buyer), and supercedes any other agreement whether verbal or written unless specifics are noted within section on front side describing work to be performed or within section entitled 'Special Notes'.
